A device is an thing that has been made for a special point . 
What devices can be use in school for communication?
Talking about what devices can be use in school for communication , everyone will think about phone . I could tell you that not just phone is able in school , there's also other devices that are aloud in school . For example Ipad , cellphone , e-watch (apple watch),
laptop , computer , and many more this are some example that we usually see that student bring to school used . 
How it helps for communication?
Devices can help us for communication in many ways . For example on apps to texting people ( like ins , snap chat , face book , wechat ) , emailinga ( Ex. Outlook , Gmail ) , and phone call that only works on cellphone or e-watch (apple watch).
